Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Barista to join our events team. This role involves operating coffee setups at events, preparing high quality drinks efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service in fast paced environments.

Requirements

• Experience using La Marzocco espresso machines
• Skilled in preparing espresso based drinks
• Friendly and professional customer service skills
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and long event shifts
• Comfortable working in fast paced event environments
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift and transport equipment when needed
• Punctual, organised, and team oriented

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee beverages to a high standard
• Set up and break down coffee stations at events
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout service
• Interact professionally with guests and clients
• Assist the events team when needed during service

Preferred

• Catering or events experience
• Food Handler Certification
• Latte art skills are a plus
